Erika Reti achieves record-setting home
price in Milford.
According to the Multiple Listing Service, Erika Reti of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Milford has achieved
the highest sale price ever for a home in Milford—for the third time. On February 14, 2005, Erika closed the house on 46 Beach Avenue for $1,775,000.
Since the beginning of 2000, just 17 homes have sold for over a million dollars in Milford. "I personally have had the honor and privilege to represent six sellers and three buyers
in luxury sales ranging from $1.2 million to $1,775,000," says Reti.
Her previous record-setting sales in Milford included 606 Gulf Street, which sold for $1.4 million in September of 2000 and 3 Beach Avenue, which sold for $1.5 million in December 2003.
