Heating is provided by electric baseboard heat, ideal for a vacation home, where
you can control the level of heat separately in each, while cooling is provided by
a 1200 BTU air conditioning wall unit in the great room and a second wall unit in
the master bedroom. Annual Association Dues are $140.00.
